Questar is offering a rebate for adding extra insulation in your home. This rebate covers the cost to add R-19 insulation to your home. Also Rocky Mt Power has a rebate available if your home is under R-19, with these 2 rebates you can save $$ every month on your heating bills, without it costing you!!
So basically you are getting a ton of insulation for FREE!

I heard that if you live in a newer home, that you wouldn't qualify. Is this true??? I would love to save $$ on my bill in the winter. Now if only I could do something about my house turning into an oven in the summer.......
It just can't be newer than 2007, so you would qualify. Adding the insulation will also help keep the cool air in.
